But they have a complex society, Runacar discovers, and though he is an Elf, takes it as his mission to help them reclaim their lands from his former friends and allies.
The World of Obsidian is one of my favorite worlds in the Fantasy genre. From the Obsidian Trilogy, with Kellen and Shalkan, to the Enduring Flame Trilogy, with Tiercel and Harrier, I love it all. Now we are treated to a the mother of all prequels and finally get some context to this long forgotten time that will shape the world for thousands of years.
I had planned to publish my review of the first book in this new trilogy today but I haven’t been feeling good the past few days. Expect my review of Crown of Vengeance tomorrow.
