Recommendation: Early teens or moderately skilled readers. I highly recommend this series…….if only so you understand my exquisite pain.
This isn’t the last book! I am so pissed! He had to end this book at the worst (best?) possible moment. I hate him so much!
Ok, so I was wrong. I listened to Alcatraz, he lied, and I was completely wrong. There is going to be another book. Which I love/hate in ways only other bibliophiles can relate. The story is really in the thick of it and the Librarians are poised to win the final battle.
In an effort to avoid disaster, Alcatraz needs to infiltrate the Highbrary, aka the Library of Congress. He’ll do it in typical Smedry fashion which will prove wildly effective and ultimately their undoing.
I like the book and it built up really well……but with absolutely zero resolution. It just ends. This is either masterfully done or there will be riots in the streets in the next few months. If you haven’t read any of the series, just wait until the last on comes out before starting. Save yourself from the self inflicted torture.
