It has a dark past – one in which a number of humans were killed. A past that caused it to christen itself “Murderbot”.

But it has only vague memories of the massacre that spawned that title, and it wants to know more.

Teaming up with a Research Transport vessel named ART (you don’t want to know what the “A” stands for), Murderbot heads to the mining facility where it went rogue.

What it discovers will forever change the way it thinks…

Murderbot Diaries is a bit of a phenomenon at this point. It’s brief poignant exploration into free will, sentience and the definition of life hits hard and fast. So what happens next? Well, we’ll find out in few weeks. I’m a mix of anxious and excited at this point because it could all too easily go wrong even for the most talented author so I’m trying to keep myself from over-hyping.

FYI, books #3 and #4 also have release dates for this year. *fingers crossed*
